PEAK PERFORMANCE HOCKEY is a 6000 square-foot, state-of-the-art hockey training facility to meet every player's training needs. Located on the second floor of the 6 rink Co-operators Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan, PEAK PERFORMANCE HOCKEY will help players improve in every aspect of their game. With both on-ice and off-ice training available, there is no other facility like it in Saskatchewan!
Off-ice features include a dual-side RapidShot Machine, custom built Skating Treadmill, RapidHands Visual Training System, stickhandling zone, 5 synthetic-ice shooting/passing lanes, Plyometric area, and Team room. On-ice programs include Learn to Skate, Learn to Play, Breakfast Clubs, Shooting and Checking Clinics, Power Skating Camps, Summer Camps, Fall Try-Out Prep Camps, Conditioning Camps and much more! From individualized training sessions to team power hours, our certified instructors can meet all your training needs. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
