PEAK Power Hour
A Team Power Hour is a fully instructed training session through various stations within the Peak Performance facility. This OFF-ICE training includes any variation of the following:
- RapidShot
- RapidHands
- Stickhandling zone
- Dangle/Passing zone
- Shooting Lanes
- Plyometrics area (additional $20)
- Skating Treadmill (additional $40)
60 minute Team Power Hour = $255 + GST
75 minute Team Power Hour = $295 + GST
